@calamagrostis88 THANK you. Same feeling I have about MY neighbors' dog, now DOGS, plural, who keep coming in my yard. >_< They refuse to build a fence, OR have them on a leash while outside, even though it's against the law here to disobey either.

And why do people let their dogs loose in the neighborhood I don't know. Cars whip around the corner so fast. It's not safe for kids or dogs to be running around. Both need someone to keep an eye on them. And that's something that doesn't happen in my neighborhood.

@calamagrostis88 I totally agree with you and I am a do owner. I have three dogs and my mother always gets her neighbors dogs coming into her fenced yard. Our dogs do their stuff in our backyard and when we take the out somewhere we always have them leashed. I respect those that are not animal lovers and I love animal lovers. Of course I don't respect people that are mean to animals but when it's about one's property, that's a different story.
