I'm getting lots of noise on my 7d when filming in low light,28mm 2.8 lens-any tips?

WHY DO I GET SO MUCH NOISE , EVEN IN DECENT LIGHT?!
is it because im using the 28-135 ultrasonic kit lens at the moment?!
