majoras mask was darker than TP in my opinion come on you have 3 days to save the world before a a creepy moon edges closer everyday and then crashes showing a scene where link is whiped away by the explosion i cried for link the 1st time i saw that scene he was only a 10 yr old boy : (

I disagree. I think TP wasn't very dark. Midna made the game all lovely dovey like because of her feelings for Link. Then Zant acting all crazy like especially when you fight him, it made it look funny. Majora's Mask in the other hand was dark. Healing people's souls and imprisoning the power of Evil in Masks to then later use them to destroy monsters that made the lands into a cursed place.

In my opinion, neither Majora's Mask or Twilight Princess are equally dark. Majora's Mask had a much darker (and more original) premise, you never see a straight-up apocalypse with total extinction involved in a Zelda game. Twilight Princess had a premise that you've seen in Zelda games many times (find the princess & kill Ganon), but the graphics and the characterization of everyone was a little bit darker. Don't tell me insanity isn't dark, even if it's flailing whacky Zant-style insanity.

well in majoras mask if you think about it, while you are doing one thing, an innocent monkey is being boiled alive, an entire goron civilization is freezing to death, A zora will lose hope of ever seeing her children again, A little girl will have her father taken away, and A woman will lose her love and there is noyhing the man can do about it

@jwp18871 honestly, I think i'd love that if they did that. They already remastered OoT (Ocarina of Time) for 3DS and i'm waiting to get that game. but when I was little I wanted Majora's Mask so bad but my parent's said no and I am a total Legend of Zelda geek, lol. I've played all of them except for MM and the very first 2 or 3 original zelda games. I want to play MM so bad! I think they should remake it for the 3DS like they are OoT, I would be so happy!

hmm...gimme a Wii or any current console remake of Majora's Mask. People downplay MM because the graphics couldn't match it's awesome story. You bring that awesome story up to speed with today's technology, everyone will be happy >:D

It fit the target I think. Keep in mind, Nintendo needs to keep to it's core and keep their games relatively friendly to the younger audience (excluding kids who're like I was when I was a lot younger. I was a bit more mature than my peers ...)
