  • This was filmed on 16th street just east of Union Square in NY during the week of the Republican National Convention in 2004. On this particular occasion all persons who happened to be on 16th street between Park and Irving streets when the police fenced the street off, were arrested.

  • COMO SE LE VA A METER A POLICIA DE ESA MANERA, ASI SEA OBAMA QUE HAGO LO QUE HIZO ESE FOTOGRAFO AHI QUE ARRESTARLO

  • I don't think thats smart to get that close. i think you can get charged with OGA

  • When officers are making an arrest, I don't think that's a reasonable distance. He has a zoom in camera, how close do you need to get?

  • @qualityrkc nevermind just watched the vid again, didnt realize how close the guy with the camera got. He had a massive zoom lense he definetly was way too close to the officer making the arrest but on the other hand the cop did assault him.

  • woh what the fuck was that??That cant be legal

  • never get close to an officer making an arrest. for your safety and theirs. period. common sense. or should i say, street smarts.

  • Obstruction

  • was this video shown in court

  • that makes you cool
