holy crap thats pretty good. i got used to watching pure shit on youtube. all these wannabe shredders alwyas posting their sloppi-as-hell playing. but yeah, drop d. playing them as power chords wont work in this case since he uses open strings and you cant get that low with power chords. tone and quality aside thats really good playing. dont listen to that crackhead that say practice with the song. do that once youve perfected it

Yes, I'd say it'd sound better in drop D. You should try playing along to the actual song. I think you added in a couple extra strums in the second half...
