This is CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT, Also like the man said with his "medical condition" he'll get bed sores, he has to wear an adult diaper (because of his medical condition) if the FECAL MATTER gets on or around the BED SORES it can cause an Abscess or Sepsis, Sepsis a.k.a. is blood poisoning and can turn deadly in hours...Any Lawyers out there with extra time on their hands? Sounds like a good place 4 PEACEFUL PROTESTS :)
