  • Oh, Dick, STFU. At 1:10 we see that he can clearly lift her without needing his hand on her leg.

  • gosh, u just can feel all the jealousy from the comentators, pointing out all the "ilegal" things they do... i think they r just fab! wow! pure classic! and thank u so much 3axel1996 for all your fab figure skating vids! love them! especially the "old stuff" ;) legend is a legend! today figure skating might be extremely difficult, but i dont find it that pretty...and exciting..

  • and i laugh at u when read it.....u don't know anything about our legendary figure skaters and don't understand anything in figure skating i think!!!NOTHING!!!!!!!

  • Бабилония и Гарднер и рядом не стояли

  • @russianskatingfan If all of that music and choreography, as you say, had been so bad, they would not have been 6-time world champions!! They are the legends of the Soviet figure-skating, so be careful when u say such things. Apparently - Russianskatingfan - you do not know anything about the Soviet or Russian figureskating....

  • I laugh at this music and choreography. Some of it is just so bad. They were a great team though.

  • Could somebody tell me what is the music here?

  • What is most amazing about this team is their speed. If either competed in singles they would probably still be the fastest skaters on the ice.

  • @3Axel1996 Cherkasova & Shakrai would have won only bronze if Tai & Randy competed I think. They were younger and less known than the other two. I dont even remember much about them except they were the first pair to do the quad twist or atleast try it I think. They were also a rag doll team and once little Cherkasova grew they were toast and didnt even come close to making it to 84.

  • @serenakicksass R&Z had side by side 2Axels, split triple twist lift and speed. Unless we were able to compare both pairs competing at their best, one can only deduce that both pairs were comparable to one another. I think during this time, R&Z would have had the edge regardless because of their reputation. Even a perfect skate from Cherkasova & Shakrai would not have been R&Z.
