Reporting someone who owns this product to the cops will do nothing, specially if its someone you don't know whom may live across the country, or in a different country for that matter. The product itself isn't illegal, its what people mostly do with it is illegal.

It allows you to pirate games, and make them playable on the DS. You simply find the game on the Internet, put it on the mini-SD card it uses, and bam, free game. Rather than going out and actually buying the game to support someones hard work.

It's pretty much a Game Card that tells people that he doesn't have money to buy the actual product to support the developers who put their hard work and ideas to make gaming possible.
