That's a Korg Triton.
I prefer Korg OASYS and YAMAHA Motif.

I am left handed and trying to learn the keyboard/piano by myself.... How do I do it ? Do you have any tips for me ??. I can only play with the left hand for now..Please advice.

It does not matter if you are left handed.
With practice you can learn to control your right hand on the Piano as well. You need to practice specially designed techniques and lessons to get the weak hand working.
