Saying that Ramsey County District Court Judge Kathleen Gearin had inserted herself into a "political" process, Governor Tim Pawlenty announced today his intent to appeal her ruling on unallotment. Gearin ruled on Wednesday that Pawlenty's reshaping of the Minnesota budget to his liking by dropping programs was unconstitutional. Distributed by Tubemogul.
How about holding corporations responsible? I mean, didn't the Supreme Court say that corporations were people? You know, like insurance companies? I would appeal for a break from Pawlenty's strange policies so unlike what Minnesota has come to expect over the years.

Of course he will. The "leaders" can't have their executive orders being questioned.
I hope this kind of question continues all the way up the ladder.
