  • All thanks goes to Steve Morgan.

Have you checked out the new ASA ANTHEM?

    asalives.org/asa-keep-the-faith/

Professionally done, copyrighted, and an awsome new song! "-)

  • Thanks to one Steve Morgan, I finally got the video linked on my home page but apparently you sneaked spooks already found it! ;-)

  • Can never forget the profile of Hill 180! Great video. Thanks.

  • Thanks for the memories, I was there for 13 months (1965-66)---Jim Gross

  • Vern you did it again. Thanks for the memories

Does anyone remember the mortars and rocket in 70'? or card games with Lou Myres?

    (bookie)..... Harold Watkins

  • I can remember sitting out on the back steps of B row in November , '67 after Homer Hand and I got back from R&R in Yokohama and watching the sun set, pretty much like the video......lonely feeling after enjoying yourself for a week. Brought back some memories of the mortar pits and ammo bunkers, minefield, trench, etc. Thanks for posting. If you haven't been aware of it there is an Army Security Agency group on FB with 966 members as of this morning......Horace Milstead.

  • Great shots!, My dad was there around this time.. There was a Hospital near there. He was with 1st Marines as a navy corpsman. Charlie Med, I think.. don't quote me on it.. I am forwarding this to him, I'm sure he will appreiciate it.. Thanks for posting.

  • I did my first USO show there in 72, got rocket attacked but I swear we were not that bad an act, had to spend night in semi undergrounod bunker, next day was convoyed up north.

  • I could imagine myself sitting on the step of B Row, or playing basketball on that court.

  • Was stationed there. 1/44 Artillery. Those are dusters at 42 sec in.

  • Speaking as someone that was born about that time real footage is nice compared to the hollywood version.
