The 7th European Parliament election is about to kick off, with voters in the Netherlands and United Kingdom the first to hit the polls on Thursday.
Europeans will cast their ballots between June 4th and 7th, with EU member states holding the election on different days.
Despite efforts to boost participation, this year might mark a record-low voter turnout, benefiting independent and nationalist parties.
Correction...these are not elections for a "European parliament " ( several European countries e.g. Norway and Switzerland ) are not taking part !
These are elections for the EU parliament.
The same parliament that recently voted AGAINST having their expenses made public.
The same parliament that voted AGAINST the democratic will of French,Dutch and Irish voters on the constitution/Lisbon treaty.
Now they expect us to vote for them and to give them credibility !
NO,NON,NEIN !
