  • what is the build quality like on those KingCapitolPunishment boxes? they seem rather pricey and i wouldnt want to spend out if they arent well made.....

  • @hawklord2112 ... they are really well made especially Sleepdrone 5 which sound quality is brillant (Glamour Box is a noise box — a great one but sound quality criterias in this case are different)... Sleepdrone 5 is just a very beautiful instrument (sound & object)... watch the following video to hear Sleepdrone 5 in a non-noisy context:

    Best regards...

  • You've got a lot of crazy gear that is not doing a lot of crazy sounds there...

  • ... (with all my respect) the definition of "crazy" is not necessarily what YOU think it is and "crazy" was not the purpose of this video.... read and listen... as you don't know the exact sound source and the real direction of this test how dare you to judge a step in a work??? this video is a small detail documenting a process of work (it's in the title: test)... not your cup of tea? no problem... do it yourself or look somewhere else... Cheers! "It's no use debating taste and colours." : )

  • No right. I think im just jealous of your filterbank. Its seems like such an extremely flexible piece of hardware. Have you compared the distortion of the first bank to the second?

  • : ) ... I just know FB2 and never had the 1st version in hand... but FB2 is a really killing machine, I love it!!! it allows both subtle filtering (even if it's not its common reputation) to get vinyl-like sound texture + wild sound-phenomenon reactions (when used w/ a loud sound signal)... impressive device... linking 2 units is also a fascinating experience... you should really test it... w/ my best regards...
