That is pretty much right. I have cut about 15-20 minutes from the very beginning. There was too much exposition that was not needed in retrospect. While it got cut from the movie, don't worry, the Bayou Breakdown is on the soundtrack cd.

I see the first part has been edited a bit from the original. Probably a good move to improve the pacing. The later parts of the movie shouldn't need much tweaking. Thanks for getting this on here. I can't wait for the next segment.
