Kid Jumps ATV Into Crowd Hitting People in Accident in Moab

The crowd did not clear the path for the rider! I wonder if they just didn't think he could make it up on an ATV. Sorry we didn't get the rest on film. Everybody ran to help, only a few people were injured and the story goes that this kid was seen in hand cuffs with the Sheriff's deputies as if it was his fault. The crowd always backs up for the big 4x4s which could easily run into people if they don't give them room.

People that throw these events have gotta starting enforcing some rules, if that woulda been a buggie or truck whould have really sucked. I'm just saying everyone is just going out there to watch and rock crawl to have a kisck ass time, and someone need to look out for there saftey of the people.

Look what happen to the baja racer that ran into the crowd, is it his fault or the crowds, i feel it no buddy fault. But the company and group that actually throws the race, something has to be done.

@dbzgt545 The Jeep Safari was started in 1967 by the Moab Chamber of Commerce. Most people just show up and wheel now. To my knowledge everyone that comes to this spot is doing so on their own it is not being "thrown" by anyone.
