  • Here's what pisses me off- CNN doesn't fact check, at all, and let's certain lies slide so badly.

    1. The wage difference between japanese and maerican car workers is less than $3, average.

    2. Labor makes up less than 10% of cost of the cars!

    3. BMW and (I think)SAAB actually pay more the big3 to workers.

    4. 65 new foreign plants are being built in 7 southern states-all republican and heavily lobbied.

    5. the profit from those sales will stimulate foreign economies.

    Defend that, NEOCON

  • Cantor just has the look of a Used Car Salesman with the slick smile and demeanor of his.

  • All 3 STINK. CANTOR took money from GOLDMAN SACHS. FRANK once operated an UNDERAGE BOY PROSTITUTION ring from his house and BLITZER is a ZIONIST and ISRAELI citizen.

  • @garthggarth Good work buddy, I love it! Cantor is such a little slimey wimp and liar

  • Read between the lines. Cantor is saying that the American worker can look forward to lower and lower wages. In other words, our country will succeed as soon as we can reduce the majority of labor to third world income levels. WOW, what an asshole.

  • Now the Fed loans are being paid back.

  • Republicons are always talking about tax relief, but when the cost of living goes up or the dollar loses value we are getting a tax increase. It isn't in your face at the end of the year like the income tax, but it is an increase. The problem with this is the middle and poor can't afford it while the wealthy can and still maintain a reasonable standard of living. Raising the living standard for the poor and middle classes will stimulate the economy by increasing spending.

  • Cantor is a turd floating in the sewer that has become our political system. The Republicons are a party of no ideas. They backed Palin in the last election which shows serious flaws in judgement.

  • Cantor is an empty headed corporate goon, just another puppet for the CNP.

  • Think about the 'loan' to GM and Chrysler as the biggest job saver in history. I was a jobs project loan. If GM and Chrysler didn't want the union contracts they could have said no, many times. Unions job to get the most for their member - GM / Chrysler management job to get the most for their stock holders. 2 wrongs don't make a right.

  • Cantor is exactly right. GM and Chrysler were destroyed by the UAW, why should we bail them out? The unions cooked their own goose

  • @OverTaxed42Long Actually, I made that comment nearly two years ago, and back then I was a liberal. I actually became a fiscal conservative maybe a month after Obama got elected after I read some books by libertarian/conservative economists like Hyek, Sowell, Mises, etc.

I can't believe I actually wrote that drivel and that people were stupid enough to give it thumbs up! I removed it.

And fuck I hate taking the bus...
