Transcendant brilliance. As to how he escaped the 1970s without an Oscar, I doubt I will ever find a satisfactory explanation.

I remember this, I was bugging dad to go to a store called Grants to pick up a Sundowner trail bike I got for my 6th b-day which is August 23d. Mom said are you taking him or not, he said in a minute 2 queers have hostages in a New York bank. i'l probably get replies about dad saying that but those people can drop dead. Dad was a good man that provided for his family, never took a handout and worked hard till the day he died. And people weren't born offended in the 70s.

ONE OF THE BEST LOVE STORIES EVER!!! Vietnam vet robs bank to pay for his gay lover's sex change operation? ARE YOU KIDDING ME! that is the definition of romance! Pacino ruled the screen in this film & never made an equal... close but no equal. When the head teller is asking him "didn't you have a plan" his face goes through so many emotions in seconds! He goes from being crazy/confident then realize he's fucked & watch him think as he tries to come up with a new plan. ALL WITHOUT WORDS!
