After a rough start, the two delve into an unorthodox course of treatment and eventually form an unbreakable bond. With the support of Logue, his family, his government and Winston Churchill (Timothy Spall), the King will overcome his stammer and deliver a radio-address that inspires his people and unites them in battle.

  • I'd be surprised if King George VI really didn't understand German. His brother the Duke of Windsor referred to it as his "mutter sprache."

  • Can't wait for this to come out!

  • Looks like a great film.

  • This looks great! Helena Bonham Carter is so pretty!

  • Oh God, this looks excruciatingly brilliant. I cannot wait for this to come out.

(On another note, the little girl who plays young Elizabeth in this is adorable).
