Short and sweet - I got evicted.
"Why," you ask?
Why would a tenant who after 13 years of zero complaints and having never been late on rent, get evicted?
Easy!
If you're a racist, liberal God -hating evil manager, you'll do what you can to evict the white, Christian who enjoys his Constitutional rights.

Pacific Cap Property Group is the management company and Janelle is the racist who evicted me.

Sound like you gave us the sugarcoated version lol, I am a landlord and if i had a tenant 13 years with little probs over years i would make sure they were happy and not barge in un announced.

I was the last white, english speaking, law abiding citizen left.

When I would call or visit the office I was embarassed because they'd have to make a new appointment for me and have an english speaking manager on hand for me.

I had security cameras set up that recorded my apt all day while I was at work.

I sent the videos of my front porch to the manager when she'd try to tell me somebody came and posted notices, but the videos showed nothing

@chrisman714368 - I sent her a video of a female maintenace entering my home and going from room to room with no obvious goal, just looking around, then walking past me, passed out on the sofa in my boxers to go back out the door.

Videos of them leaving the door open and letting my cat out.

Vids of them kicking my cat.

And on and on.

The manager complained that I was a pervert for setting up cameras that recorded my home and my porch.

Said I was a pedophile because kids walked past on video

@chrisman714368 - This wasn't Omni propertiesbut the "new" management company that took over.

They were a low income, section 8 housing something or other, who purchased it and the quality went down with the rent.

The lights were left off at night, sending the whole complex dark, crime went up.

The tore out all the grass and covered it with rocks and concrete - rocks which kids used to break windows regularly, and on and on.

It was my home so I stayed there so long.

Until I got kicked out!

You sound like a good guy. I am a liberal, but I believe every American has the right to own a gun (or more) I am spiritual and believe in God... I also believe that what goes around, comes around... that manager will get hers. Happy you are in a new place. cheers.

@somecan Let's make sure you understand. Liberals don't want others to enjoy their personal & Constitutional freedoms, they are against gun rights. And every single person who is religious, including atheists, evolutionists, moslums, etc - every single religionist hates God. Otherwise they'd shed their religions and worship The Creator.

As a Conservative, the only folks under 50 whom I've experienced as racists are liberals, democrats, etc.

Then again I supposed on how you define the word.

Homosexuals define "gay" to include themselves.

Liberals define racists to include anybody who opposes them for any reason be it political, religious, etc.

Its called the southern strategy it was used by Nixon. Nixon's campaign manager Kevin phillips, it played on peopls fears of race in the south. This is why the majority of raciest are actually Conservative republicans.
