@jangofett2006 This rally was put on 10 days after our Ron Paul Las Vegas Meet up Group had its first meeting, and maybe 2 weeks since he announced his candidacy. 11 people showed up, we had no money for advertising thus there was no advertising... 450 people showed up by word of mouth... More people continue to respond to Ron's message. I think he just needs to become as well known off the internet as he has become on the internet and we've got our Republican for the 2008 Presidency! Go Ron! Keep up the great work meetups! Keep spreading the word and educating your friends. Take them down the freedom road that leads to support for Ron Paul.

My father commented that he went to a goldwater rally with 18,000 people once, and he thought for sure there was no way he'd lose.....We need to do better than what you see there.

Goldwater- while a loser- is an indelible mark on our national political dialog. Ron Paul is- in my mind- superior to Goldwater, and someone who will be studied far into the 21st century and beyond.
