@ElPicos310 I'm betting you're American. Are you? No doubt you're incapable of understanding why the original is so brilliant. I'm unbiased because I love both. The American one is just played straight up for laughs but Gervais/Merchant created a work of sheer genius. Some of the lines are astonishing. The American one doesn't really require much thinking whereas the British one is incredibly involving and the characters aren't caricatures like some in the US version.
