The biting and ravaging drought in most parts of the country has forced Masaai herdsmen to the foothills of Mt. Kenya in search of pasture. However, as Jane Kiyo a reports, the move has this time round did not bring any good tidings.

  • I have been saying these people should change with time, the era of pastoralists is over, there is enough land to keep these people fed. they need to start farming.

  • OMG..!!! This is a very serious issue & our leaders are yet to address it just coz the herders are not demonstrating on the streets. God have mercy on our Land and Bless us with enough rains for our farms and livestock.

    Pple either have to plan to end it deliberately... or they will be wiped out together by ruthless forces of nature!
