not just bubble but you can gear a pally to spam holy light and have it aoe heal too
i dont know if that still works cause i quit shortly after ulduar

What the f*ck are you saying? hit cap for a dual-wield(rogue) is about 770 hit rate+5% talent... show me any rogue or other melee dps who has that cap. Normal hit cap is needed only for skills and mh equals ~260+ with talent.
