Yeah. The CPU is the bottleneck in this system seeing how the Ion is just an 9400M. I can overclock it to 2GHz then it plays games like Battlefield 2 and Battlefield 2141 fine. CoD 4 is 'playable' on low, but I wouldn't say it's the most enjoyable experience. :P

ya but without a good processor you can't really play games like call of duty, because it says on the requirements that you need like at least an intel core 2 duo or something close to that, don't think intel atom is going to cut that, lol

to be honest. When you are browsing you don't even notice it has a slower processor if you install the Flash 10.1 beta. It allows the GPU to handle Flash content so you never get any slow downs you get in normal netbooks.
But if you are doing video or image editing, yeah you'll need a heftier system.
