  • You will still be unable to complete resolutions WITH a god! If God/Jesus were real, all your prayers would've already been answered....YET there's still pain, suffering and death. His perfect will hasn't been done yet, what do u suppose He's waiting for?

  • @julzabro Hi There! Just long enough for the Gospel of Christ's sacrifice and payment for all mankind's debt for sin to be preached to the 4 corners of the earth. Has Christ's Gospel reached your nation?

  • @3inSync So until He's done spreading His message which has already been around for thousands of years....innocent people suffer and you're okay with that? And what kind of a god needs this much time to get His message across....which, by the way, isn't working! And how can u call a god LOVING or MERCIFUL that allows the world to suffer for so long. As I said, and it's a legitimate point......if prayer really worked, people wouldn't still be in pain.

  • @julzabro Hi, Besides being Loving and Merciful, God's character is also Justice and Purity. We may not understand His timing on events, but His promise is to one day sentence each person to their eternal destination with Justice. There are no easy words to give you on why people suffer...but it is perhaps most important to recognize that we don't live in the perfect world that God created.... We live in the world that rejected it's own Creator in the first generation. (Adam & Eve)

  • @3inSync Also, I beg to differ about your god not forcing Himself on any1. Read Job and Jonah. According to YOUR Doctrine, He DOES force Himself when He feels like it......but never to truly help any1 UNLESS it serves Him! And if belief and prayer doesn't help on "this side of heaven" then what's the point of it? There are FAR too many in this world that r innocent that suffer needlessly 4 there 2 b any god and ESPECIALLY any god who cared!

  • @3inSync So if a God helped His children that would be FORCING Himself somehow? MANY ask and STILL suffer! And what if I was a Muslim, Jewish? Does God not KNOW when we need help? No 1 can do anything outside His will which is why even praying is foolish. Problem is even those who DO believe in God have pain, suffering and death. Blind belief doesn't change the fact that ur God either doesn't care or isn't there. Yes, He created/allows suffering so He could b a Savior...how tyrannical is that?

  • @julzabro You are right that many do not have His strength to endure their current circumstances and suffering. If they don't ask Him, He will not force himself on anyone. Anyone who loves God and His Son, believes in Him and asks for endurance will get it. They may not be made "better" this side of heaven but He will help them cope and give them peace to endure. He always answers prayer but sometimes the answer is noo or not yet. If we never suffered, we would never call out to Him.

  • @3inSync So God had NO IDEA that that we would fall?! He just stepped out of the garden 4 a second and we, who were WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE, managed 2 fall. It kinda makes u wonder y He put that evil tree RIGHT in our playpen 2 begin with doesn't it? The whole plan (IF this god IS a god) WAS 4 us 2 fall and there4 NEED a savior. This is religious brainwashing.U canNOT call this a loving/merciful god whilst, honeslty, looking at the world. If FREEwill is free, then rejecting Him should be.

  • @NOWIsItJustMe And good for you that YOU have "His [so called] strength to endure the current suffering" but there are many in this world that do not! That's how we know that He is NOT merciful, loving NOR good and is 1 of the main reasons we could never worship HIm. I'm sorry that u r so ok with the suffering of SO MANY while ur supposed merciful god sleeps.....I am not!

  • @NOWIsItJustMe If there really is FREEwill then ur god is not WAITING 4 me! Myself and other atheists have made our choice and MOST of us, myself included, were XTIAN at 1 point and CHOOSE 2 b athiets. In fact, Atheism is on the rise! U're god has then, in ur opinion, been waiting thousands of years WHILE SUFFER, including innocent people, 4 people 2 choose Him when He SUPPOSEDLY gave us FREEwill? that doesn't make sense. And y any1 would b punished 4 using their freewil makes no sense either!

  • @BonarT Do u truly believe that there r NO people who experience pain n suffering that r innocent?! If so, u're not truly seeing the world around u. Pain n suffering r NOT the consequences! Sin doesn't exist anyway that's simply religious brainwashing. Surely when someone makes a bad decision/mistake, they will experience consequences but there r those who by NO FAULT of their own experince pain/suffering. Less judgment on man and more on ur god may b in order.

  • @julzabro not necessarily.. pain, suffering and death is a consquence of sin, but He can use it to strengthen us, teach us and turn us back to Him.. as u say His will is perfect.. and so is His timing.. we just don't understand it yet.. but when u look back, the bad times are there to get you stronger and closer to Him.. cheers bro..
