This is part 2 of 2.
This video deals with potential problems to be aware of when your soldier returns home from deployment. Homecoming is a joyful time, but it can also be stressful. There are a few things to be on the look out for. I didn't mention PTSD a lot in this video, but I may end up doing one on the general symptoms of PTSD.
Also see my video on "How to deal with Irritability / A "short fuse" upon return from war." I didn't want to repost ideas in this video, but this video is DEFINITELY pertinent to your loved one's return home from war. Watch the video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TGmff0QFk_0
I referenced material that my friend, seasoned Army wife and Psychologist sent me. I think she got this from her Family Readiness Group. FRG really is a great resource to use, guys, and I encourage you to also find support through your FRG. Please note that FRG isn't available to girlfriends or fiances.
