  • I saw Manowar once with Ross. He was an amazing guitar player. Manowar is always great live. But I miss Ross the Boss with them.

  • Yes, I agree to you. A lot of people here telling bullshit and having no background information.

Ross has a lot of writing credits on the songs from his era. Eric doesn´t write at all.

And no one should care about "All songs written by Manowar". This has nothing to do with the credits in the background.

And David Shankle is a really nice guy, but he is not really part of Manowar history...

  • Ross os my fav because his solos made sense. I do like Karl alot, super cool guy and great player but I just loved the Ross style.

  • ... the dictators ... manifest destiny !

  • @rizzlaxl

totaly agree with you man, ross for ever!

  • If you guys are interested in Ross the Boss' guitar playing, check out some videos of "The Dictators" another band where Ross plays.

  • @vectragt2310 david shankle was with the band for 4 years, he was awesome but when the former guitarist was ross the boss and the new one is karl logan you havnt got a chance.

  • @bosstheross best comment ever

  • we like it, brother !

  • band is still great but I prefer the ross the boos times. the other guitar players seems more like guitar instructors rather than rock gods.

  • Incredible.

  • and needless to say, Manowar kind of invented the whole "False vs. True" thing, so they can play any kind of music they want, Metal as it came to be known in the 80's didn't even exist in the 70's....
