  • all kinds of information in this presentation except for the most obvious question which is how the fuck does it levitate/float/move.

  • the side spikes look like a structural nightmare to me. Other than that its one of the coolest architectural concepts i've seen

  • move out dubai oooohhhhhhhhhhh aaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh

  • @AnotherWasteOfSpace as for disposing part , did u miss the recycling part? u should watch the video again and focus.

  • what about any emergency that can occur? I mean, how the heck can I get off the last floor, in case of a fire, earthquake or many other problems? Did anybody think about it?

  • @warxsnake u are stupid its spikes are on the ground , the rest of it goes upwards , its supported by the four lower spikes , basically its a building supported by 4 bases

  • Many ask how will it fly. I ask who THE HECK pays this?!

  • Unseaciablsoinkhaybtu@4

  • and how the hell is it supposed to fly ?

  • @warxsnake hhahaha seriously man that's the only reason I was looking for this video. They probably want it to fly somehow, which is why it's docked in land-only areas in the pictures.

  • they totally crooked this design from the cylons

  • as an Architecture student, I would say Nothing is Impossible.

This structure is full of inspirations and wonders. It only need studies and researches for its structural basis.

  • and its never going to happen well maybe 500+ years from now

  • They should keep it in their own country, and give those thousands of poverty struck, pretty much homeless people a place to live.

  • so nice that it isn't jumping

  • the voice needs to be more clear with the cool musical background

  • brilliant idea

    only applicable in sci-fi movie

    thank you

  • This is amazing!

  • I can't begin to explain how many problems there are with this idea.

What materials can they use to support such a structure?

How can it move (or what can move it)?

How can it dispose of its waste?

    How can you access it?

How are you meant to maneuver such an irregularly shaped object without causing severe damage?

How much will it cost/who would pay for it?

How long will it take to construct?

Those are just a few things that are not explained.

Also it seems like an evil way to invade countries!

  • @warxsnake i'm more curious about what material they would use to built it. I mean short of magic, there is nothing that can hold a city out like that without some sort of support. There is a reason buildings are vertical, suspension bridges are suspended, and almost every building is wider at the bottom, rather then the top

  • First and foremost your ideas is unique it can be a reality someday though it will take a hundred of years to consider your designs. It can be feasible for a space station. Though your choice of materials must relate everything in reality.

Please produce a concept that is in reality in present and ready for the future.

You must be a wealthy individual in china, creating such concepts involves a huge amount of money, people.

I rate your work in reality. A rating of 3 and highest of 10.

  • I understand that this is still in its drawing stages, but there are still too many unanswered questions for anyone to REALLY invest in this idea. I believe anybody who would actually sit down and really think about such a concept would agree with me. And yes we do have quite a few problems in real world and the last thing we need is some greedy corporate bigshots taking a floating vacation to look down on people who they feel are lesser than them, when that money could have helped many people.

  • Interesting concept, not something i would invest in right away. A pretty far fetched idea, but not totally impossible. Engines that can generate enough power to create and anti-gravity filed strong enough to life something that massive, probable, but what would power it? And waste, can be burned, but that produces methane, which then can be used for fuel to power the heat and other uses, a possibility, but then what about the smell. And what about clean water, exchanged during stops? Maybe?

  • Wtf? This design assumes we're going to build it in space. LOL

  • lol the spike on palm jumeirah
