Strength Levels; 1-10 / Chickens / [Lumbridge]
Strength Levels; 10-20 / Cows / [Lumbridge]
Strength Levels; 20-40 / Monks / [Monastery]
Strength Levels; 40-60 / Flesh Crawlers / [Stronghold of Security]
Strength Levels; 60-99 / Giant Spiders / [Stronghold of Security]

Tip #1 - Training on Chickens will be the easiest. You will not have a problem without food.

Tip #2 - Training on Cows will also be easy. You will not have a problem without food. You may still choose to stalk on some food.

Tip #3 - Training on Monks will be your best bet. As you will not need food at all. You can simple replenish your Constitution by; Speaking to the, Monastery Monk.

Tip #4 - Flesh Crawlers are quick & easy. Bring some food with you.

Tip #5 - Giant Spiders are a bit tough. You may want to bring some food. Preferably; Lobsters, or Swordies. But these Monsters offer great combat XP.
