Hi, I love the place.I've been here for about 2-3 weeks now. I got the place for $175,000CAD
The University Dorms/Student housing are literally across the street, so that is University Property. No need to even take a bus, It would prob. take you from 15 minutes to walk to any classroom. 2 minutes by bike.
The Mall is also about 10 minute walk and there are also lots of Shops around the area to. Its got everything you need.
We use the fireplace quite often so its pretty warm inside.
