The later constitution was written by the founders. The former constitution with "of" in it was written by a bunch of backstabbing greedy lawyers in 1871. It's the slave constitution - take an oath to that and you've rebelled against the republic (where the FED is subservient to the states).

Badnarik is for Constitutional Govermnent in the form of what the founders wanted, and nothing else. He probably doesn't answer your question because he doesn't know what the hell you're talking about.
Don't try to antagonize the guy.. I believe he is sincere and not out to deceive anyone. But we can agree to disagree.

Like for one, say what the hell the difference between the two are. Yes I see a difference in capitalization and a word. So what the hell is the point your trying to get at? Is the other one some sort of crazy document that's not what we expect?
