@juliadennehy This is a 2010 MY or newer C70 by the headlight design. My guess is it is a 2010 by the upload date. You are correct that in the US spec cars you do have to have your foot on the break to move the top. The buttons shown to put the top down look different than the cars I've seen. The C70s on our lot have had just a single button, where this shows a 'top up' and a 'top down' button. It could be the case due to different vehicle regulations in different countries.

@boukanator In the US, we have to depress the brake pedal for the top to move, I assume it's not so in Europe?

@FreezEMd I believe it, but I'll take my c70. If the worst ever happens and it rolls over, I'll definitely survive to tell the tale. Volvo... for safety... for life. ;-)
