Jan 10-this was the final set of my initial plan. My intent, at this point in my training, is to fight the urge to use VERY heavy weight. I want to develop serious core strength, using minimum gear, i.e., knee wraps, a belt, and briefs. As the date for the USPA California State Championships draws nearer, I will increase the intensity, and decrease the reps. But with every workout, I intend to comply with the guidelines set forth in Prilepin's Table for the Elite athlete.
