Surely you can find a better videographer. The lighting is bad, and distracting. I don't think Chris is able to get his message across - a closeup shot would have been better. The reaction shots are cheesy and ridiculous. Cathy is great, and comes across well.
Sorry to be so harsh, but I think it would not be too difficult to be a lot better.
