here in Sweden we aren't allowed to carry any knife, not even a small SAK (swiss army knife) even though many still does it. we are only allowed to carry if its work related, or if you are going to hunt, but not to and from work =S

a man got a ticket because he wore his work pants with a knife on it when he went home by car. knife laws in Sweden are CRAZY!!!!

Klare Infos dazu gibts hier: goo.gl SLASH Hb5ev

You can carry all of the knifes seen in the video in public, but in your bag not in your jeans pocket, and not in your hand luggage on the airport - for sure :)

Hi Stephan, thanks for your video. I think that the stupid law is better than a NO law. Here in Moscow i can store in my pocket (on the street) one hand opening knife with fixing mechanism and blade length <9 cm and bla-bla-bla, but it is all doesn't matter because, if the policeman decide, that you are "bad guy" you will be. And you even don't know what all this shit will finished. They can do everything with you, put drugs in your pocket or find your fingerprints in crime area. Good luck.

Try the Buck Solitaire slip joint. Very elegant knife.

I carry my SOG Aegis on a daily basis, and if i need to go to a bad neighbourhood im gonna carry a United Cutlery Assisted Karambit as soon as i get it for threat factor and eventual self defense.

Id rather take the charge for assault or attempted murder than dying.

That my friend, is where you are wrong.

Theres a bit of a loophole in "knivlagen" where it says that you are allowed to carry a pocket knife as long as you use it for everyday tasks (letter opening, fruit peeling, box cutting, etc.)

I would have never imagined it was illegal to carry such a small knife as the ladybug. The ironic thing is that in many of the more liberal areas of America -- where 'knife laws' are non-existent -- and even in the more heavily regulated areas like NYC or LA, I believe most police wouldn't look twice at someone who has a common clip-on pocket knife, but would hassle and investigate a person who carries a medium-sized screwdriver.
