"Hip-Hop & Youth Violence"

On March 30th 2010, an elderly woman was assaulted by a group of teens at the 3rd & Innes T-train platform. The woman was grabbed by the neck from behind and thrown off the elevated train platform. How will our generation, the Hip Hop Generation, react to violence perpetrated by members of our own generation. Has Hip Hop become a source of violence, or is it the solution to a problem that not only plagues the youth, but is causing harm to those on the outside?
