Avast is great. I like AVG too. Norton and McAfee are not that effective when compared to the others. My favorite - Ad-Aware Total. It's the best by far - rated as much more effective by independent software labs like VB Bulletin.

@hikaridemon yeah it does suck the only thing it does is now and then perform an autmated scan tell you that youre pc is infected and then to go and buy a better version of the software so (BULLSHIT)
