I am an Republican American of Filipino background and did some of my schooling in the PI, and the idea that Obama is a muslim is just stupid. Indonesia is a modern, progessive part of Asia, with TONS of Christians it's not Iran people. Get a clue! Travel outside the US before judging people. I didn't vote for Obama because I don't agree with him on the issues of economic and healthcare reform but I'm not going to be some glib idiot ether afraid of something not true. @bookwormgal so true mate, Indonesia is so moderate you can barely call it the worlds largest muslim country...just because you have to have a religion on your birth certificate, it doesn't mean that's what you are...mine says Roman Catholic, but i've never been to Church. Indonesia is going through its 60's and 70's...they love music, weed, reggae, freedom, sex, politics..etc..its a great country and I can't wait to go back!
