Alice in Wonderland is a great way to observe the relation between Violence and Christian Faith. When Alice returns to Wonderland she is destined to slay the Jabberwocky. In order to complete her dynasty she must mimic her rival the Red Queen and become violent to create peace throughout Wonderland. The Bible tells discusses what it is that the effect is through using the sword or violence to solve our problems. Stories such as David and Goliath and in the Gospel of Matthew. The myth is that with the use of the sword and violence is able to create an everlasting peace. Adam Ericksen and the Raven Foundation explore these stories and this myth of our human nature.
