Don't listen to Gonix, he's a fucking retard. We had a conversation and he was trying to convince me that using hawk in the most primitive way will guaratee a victory against players like daigo and valle, and that nobody uses him in tournament play because he's "cheap". Which is weird beacuse O.sagat is also cheap, but it's ok to pick him. And appearantlly he qualified he a shot at the top 5 for evo. Which is a bigger load of crap. Just ignore this guy.

@fenrir805 I stumbled upon this video and from what I remember from a year ago what you said wasn't true at all :P I didn't place top 5 in evo, I didn't even come close, I didn't even participate! And by T.Hawk, I said once he's got you in the corner it's like a 90% chance of winning unless you time a DP or devils reversal or flip or W/E perfectly to escape. T.Hawk has a loop that is unstoppable once you get in close enough to start it. Jump jab -> low jab -> button-up command throw ->repeat. Time your jump so that you land just a couple frames after the opponent is completely standing up. If the opponent does a reversal attack it actually wont hit you. Your jumping jab will pass through the opponent, then you'll land be safe to throw. Yes its hard, but experts can do it. If they block continue low jab -> button-up command throw.

Because of how he can set up. He isn't hard to use, but they made him one of the worst because he has the best cornering, one of the best offensive line. That's why they made everything else about him terrible. Happy?
