@polygamous1 He had a car running for years on the road but he was told in no uncertain terms that they would appreciate it if he kept his mouth shut and every time a reporter interviewed him those terms became more and more certain until he refused interviews... Never made a dime except for the money he saved.

I thought meyers tubes were completely insulated from each other? the external tubes were housed in a wooden jig, and the innner tubes insulated with rubber spacers from the outer ones.
"It is peculiar in that the positive pulses are applied to just two of the outer pipes, while the negative pulsesare applied to all six inner tubes. It is not obvious why Stan drew it that way, as you would expect all six outer tubes to be wired in parallel in the same way as the inner tubes are" Dave Lawton

The tubes have to be in harmonic resonance, adding the anode to the inner tubing may dampen the resonance of the inner tube
