Wu Wei Gung Fu - Attack simulation וו-ווי גונג-פו - סימולציית התקפה

This short clip demonstrates the Wu Wei Gung Fu system: a non-classical martial art based on the original teachings of Bruce Lee in his Seattle era.
The video features a simulation of dealing with a random attack on the street including an aggressor armed with a knife.

Founded by Prof. Joseph Cowles, one of Lee's first students in the United States, Wu Wei Gung Fu is based on non-classical elements and on a realistic approach to fighting. In the course of their training, which emphasizes physical fitness and the ability of effective spontaneous reaction, the students of the system learn striking techniques, defenses and footwork, holds and bars, trapping, grappling and the use of sharp and blunt weapons.

After Prof. Cowles' retirement, Eyal Koren was appointed Jo-Si, head of the system worldwide. He currently lives and trains in Israel.

בינואר 2006, לאחר פרישתו של פרופ' קאולס, מונה אייל קורן לג'ו-סי - ראש השיטה העולמי. כיום הוא חי ומאמן בישראל.
