i think its stupid for people top argue about slash and axl, we dont know the full story and probably never will

and i know if everyone keeps on argueing it makes the unlikely chance of a reunion impossible why doesnt everyne just admit theyre great musicians and leave it at that let them sort out their problems

@ritter89 You do realize that Izzy and Axl wrote most everything GN'R made, and that Axl did have a quite a bit to do with the music on the first albums as well.

@Cyanarchy You do realize that Axl is merely a lyricist and wrote none of the music on early GnR albums? Izzy was the chef songwriter in that band, along with Slash, and together they wrote most of the material that people remember/want to hear. Just because the cameras focus on the vocalist and lead guitarist doesn't mean that they're responsible for what you're hearing (this is one the of the problems with videos taking the place of music). Axl writes lyrics and tinkers on the piano

lets be honest, axl is a decent musician, I mean common it took him 10 years to make chinese democracy and there are only 3 good all around songs, chinese democracy, better, and this. While other songs stand out parts its allitle disapointing
