@iheartlovebleach NO NO NO WRONG! Shin Megami Tensai+ Phantasy Star Portable 2+ a little bit of Monster Hunter. The only thing this and MH have in common is that u fight Bosses most of the game. But in PSP2 u fight bosses and monsters just like this, and the moving around and controls are more similar to PSP2.

Ah well, since I'm not the type of player who would be patient with long planning, dodging and trying to keep alive as long as I can ('coz I like to finish it fast), I guess I'll go with this. After that, on to MHP3rd.

in my opinion i think both MH and GEB are good games, MH tends to be more realistic, looking at the scenery it looks pretty real and like some ppl said here that great sword(GEB is BS) looks heavy and seems heavy when carried, it pretty much proves that it is realistic. While GEB tends to be more sci-fi since this game takes place somewhere in 2071. like dpbrother2 says, the GE where injected aragami cells in their body so taking a BS seems so easy. It is better to play GEB 1st than play MH

God Eater is amazing. I liked it alot more than monster hunter because it has longer and more creative story line. Btw in case ur wondering the reason the characters carry the huge weapons like they weigh nothing is cuz they have aragami cells inplanted in them to make them almost super human(Like shinra infusing SOLDER operatives with mako energy in FFVII). Give the game a chance and u wont be sorry. Trust me ;)

After playing Monster Hunter Freedom Unite for 2 weeks, and playing Gods Eater Burst for 2 weeks, I have to say I enjoy GEB a bit more. Monster Hunter has a massive learning curve that makes things difficult to get into, and feels too complicated at times, personally. GEB is a more edgy, stylish feeling game, and it gives more leeway to people who don't want to lose all 3 of their lives as soon as they start attacking something.
