Kirt Wood, Marketing Manager, IAE Aix en Provence GSM: "Clearly, the World MBA Tours is the world leader in MBA-related services, MBA recruiting events, QS is the place to turn without question."

Princess Cox MBA, RSM Erasmus, Holland: "There is nothing like it, at the end of the day we can all go to Websites find out top 25 lists see how many alumni networks you have and so on but there is nothing like meeting face to face."

Professor Phil Rosenzweig, IMD Business School, Switzerland: "They're a great way for people on both sides of the table to gather information, this is a very efficient way for individuals thinking about programmes to quickly get a comparison across and it's also a very important way for schools like IMD and all the other ones to get their message out."

Dan Nagy, Assistant Dean, Duke Fugua School of Business: "We found that the QS Tours and their help to us in promoting our programmes have been critical to our success. We started with them many years ago and in some respects have grown up with them as they've developed even a broader portfolio of services they are offering. I see no reason why we wouldn't continue now to work with them and probably to expand our efforts together."

Anna Parkin, Director Degree Programs, Melbourne Business School: "By coming to QS Fairs around the world we meet with quality students that have different backgrounds, they don't all come from your typical engineering or business background. We see all sorts of students, it's a great way of getting our mix."

Jeanne Weckler, EMBA Admissions ESCP-EAP, Paris: "We are great believers in participating in recruiting fairs such as are organised by QS in particular the QS Fairs because they are so well organised and they have such high participation levels."

Nick Barniville, Director MBA Programs, ESMT Berlin: "We participate in the QS World MBA Tour because it gives us access to a huge number of candidates throughout the world. We sometimes don't have the resources to build our own marketing campaigns in individual target countries and QS can provide us with a throughput of candidates whom we can have a initial conversations with. It's a place we use to generate leads which we can follow up on later."

Jeanne Weckler: "We believe in them mostly because we find that as is the case with Executive MBAs perhaps more than MBAs. People don't really understand what they are, what the difference is between an Executive MBA and an MBA, how they can get financing for it, what the course includes; so it's a way for us to meet face to face with people and explain to them exactly what we do and also quite frankly to find out what they do."

Princess Cox: "Because at the end of the day you're making your decision not just on the basis of the hard facts but also on the cultural assessment. Where do you want to be? Who do you want to be? What type of MBA?"

  • QS World MBA Tour is the best set of MBA fairs I have been to. I went to other MBA fairs and they do not compare. I had so much to choose from and found something that met my aspirations which I did not know existed. This I learned through the seminars that I attended before the fair started. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to study an MBA
