In ohio were I live there is a toll road that was suppose to be free to the public once the road expansion was paid for. That road is now under private control and still paid for use by the public after years of coughing up tolls. My advice to ANY and ALL states considering them kick them out.

It's not private that is just what you are told...the state has investments in the company that now owns it...do some research and you will see...
