I agree with you, Philly has some of the most passionate and enthusiastic fans on the planet, and I really appreciate their love for sports. But they DO get out of hand sometimes. Regardless, their enthusiasm is undeniable.

@SuperTugz Pittsburgh is not a sports town like Philly, they only support the Steelers like diehards. Philly fans support everything, shit, they even used to bus in people from Philly to New York to watch a fucking lacrosse game.......A LACROSSE GAME! Philly is very blue collar part of this country that has a-lot of teamsters, unions etc. Heck, after Boston, Philadelphia was the second to tell England to go fuck themselves when America wanted independence!!

@mrceebees14- Tony Lukes is the best, but if you want to get the best out of it; go during the day or night before the game when it's not to crowed. Never go after because it's always packed, and the cheesteakes aren't as orgasmic as they should be.

That's because Philly fans can be jerks. They will literally beat us up. lol they cheer when players on the other team get hurt, and they start fights in the stands ... in the late 90s, beer sales were banned at Eagles games. A couple years ago, a Flyers fan threw a smoke bomb on the ice. And about a year ago a Phillies fan was shining a laser pen into Alber Pujols' eyes, but they never caught the guy, they take it waaaaay too seriously, and Pittsburgh seems more down to earth
