I'm a Japanese guy and I took the free hugs campaign in Korea.
Nowadays Korea-Japan relations are getting worse n worse because of some political issues.
People think there is no way to get along each other as long as we have those issues.
But I have lots of Korean friends and I like them.
Then who am I? to just lay there and do nothing.
So I took the free hugs campaign as new approach to make peace.
Here is what I can do about that.

当時は日本でちょうど某テレビ局へのデモ行為が行われていて、しかもそのニュースが韓­国で放送されていました。
そのこともあり、いろんな葛藤がありましたが、最後は自分を信じてやってみることにし­ました。

All information given by TVs or by the internet are not trustful. Especially medias in individual country can control simple incident either negatively or positively. Honestly I have negative image about your country too. But at the same time I'm not confident with my thought... I think I should try to go and want to exchange some words... By doing this my negative image against Chinese people are kicked out from my mind...
