This is a great video. I lived in Austin 15 yrs and never saw him play at Jo's. Was lucky enough to catch him here in my new home of NYC a couple months ago. Did this ol' Austinite's heart good!

As I posted 2 weeks ago, I seen Dale Watson on 08/16/09 and once again Dale and the band did not disappoint. These guys are genuine. They appreciate their fans: and their fans love them. I'll look forward to seeing these guys live again. You tell me if any of todays contemporary country singers would come and mingle with the crowd during their break between sets. Or how about having a shot and a beer with their fans as they perform. The answer is no .Flatts, Hill & McGraw, thats country my ass.

I love Dale Watson. He is real country music. I'll be seeing him at Vnuks in Cudahy on Aug. 16. I have seen twice at Vnuks and each time he put on a hell of a show. Underwood and Swift, they are "country my ass".
