Restoration of a classic VW 1967 split screen van. It has been restored to the highest standard with a 'show' finish. The quality of our work speaks for itself. We have achieved success at many national shows with awards such as Best in Show, Best Paint, Best Interior and Best Engine. The Volksworld and Ultra VW magazine features of Beetlebank vehicles are proof of our commitment to consistently high quality work. This van has now been accepted for the VolksWorld show in March 2010. http://www.beetlebank.co.uk/

  • i'd quite happily have that as a first car and drive it as my everyday thing. with a 2.0l golf engine it'll easlily keep up with todays traffic

  • @guitarplayerforu Hi there. Thanks, it goes quite well even with the 1776 air cooled; it even tows a classic caravan! Can't deny the power and economy of today's engines, but boy are they complex...

  • How much was the overall restoration cost?

  • @GonzoSupertramp Hi there, I'm sorry but the customer does not want me to disclose the cost, however if you contact me via the Beetlebank website I will be happy to discuss restoration costs with you. Cheers, Carl.

  • fantastic job with this bus

wot size motor was that you put in the bus

  • Hi there, thanks for the kind comments. It is the ubiquitous 1776 with dual twin choke Dellortos, Engle 110 cam, ported stock heads and a full stainless header and quiet pack. Cheers, Carl.
